Office Change

For those of you who have not heard already, I recently changed offices.  I am now with Exit Realty.  I made the change due to the slow market and high fees I was paying at WinStar.  I still love the office and agents at WinStar, I just needed to make the change to help my family out.  It just did not make sense to keep paying high fees and not have the closings I once did.  At Exit Realty, the fees are not even 1/10 of what I was paying at WinStar and I still have basically the same office support I had at WinStar.  So we will see what happens to our real estate market here and hopefully it gets better in the spring.  Homes are almost starting to depreciate and I am getting a little worried.  That would be horrible if our market took a dive like the Las Vegas market.  Homes there are loosing 100's of thousands of dollars in depreciation.   I will keep you informed on our market here.  Keep your fingers crossed.  We are still #6 for the best real estate market in the nation.
